タレの味付けはシンプルながらも、存分に豚スジと九条ネギを味わえる。
後半、ご飯もオススメだと思うけど、自分のオススメは煮干しスープ。
ちょっとジャンキー・・でもしっかり出汁が効いているラーメンとして味わえる。
