捕獲を求めて来た方に聞けば、
3月27日に一時的に「身投げ」が確認されたが、
それ以降はまったく湧かず、例年に比べて不漁であるという。
日によってあがる浜と、全く捕獲できない浜があり、
捕れない際には移動してまわるという。
この個体は既に息絶えており、
何度も波に押されながら、砂浜へたどり着く。
たどり着くあたりには、海鳥の糞が多く確認できる。
