メニューには唐揚げと串カツとしか表記していなかったので食べて見て初めて鶏や牛と違うってわかった
猪の唐揚げは歯ごたえがあり、脂がしっかりのっている
鹿の串カツはちょっと野生な風味
両方とも初めての味です
