鹿児島本線、２０１４（平成２６）年２月１日（土）、２日（日）に４８５系国鉄特急色列車を使用した、団体臨時列車が運行されました。運行区間は、１日が、門司港駅から八代駅まで「はと」として、翌２日には八代駅から門司港駅まで「つばめ」として運行されました。
