鮭の粕漬け、鰆の西京焼、タラバガニの素焼き、姫サザエの壺焼き。厚焼き玉子は蟹肉と三つ葉、桜海老の二種類。黒豆。海老の具足煮、数の子、イカの塩辛に中島のわさび漬けを使った山海漬け。
